Keeping your property’s facilities up to date is essential for attracting guests and providing accurate information. How you do this depends on your property type. Learn more about property types here. 

Facilities and amenities for hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes

Adding and removing property facilities 

  1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
  2. Go to Property >> Property settings. 
  3. Under both Property services and Sports and recreation, click the checkmark on each facility or service your property provides. Click the X to remove it. 
  4. Click Save. 

Please note that after making any changes to your property facilities, it can take up to 6 hours to appear on the website.

Property settings tab Description
Property Information General Information: Basic details about the property.
Optional Settings: Additional non-mandatory configurations.
Additional Regional Settings: Options specific to regional requirements.
Property Activation Settings: Controls property visibility on Agoda’s platform.
Useful Information Details such as check-in/check-out times, extras, property features, parking, and hotel themes.
Property Location Information related to the property’s geographical location.
Property Age Policy Age Policy: Defines age-related guest policies.
Extra Bed: Rules regarding extra beds for guests.
Summary: Overview of age policy settings.
Basic Settings for Children: Settings applicable to child guests.
Announcements and Policy Notes Important updates and policy notes relevant to the property.

Property Services Facilities and services provided by your property.
Sports and Recreation Sports and recreation facilities available at your property.
Languages Spoken Languages spoken by your property staff.
Payment Information

Types of payments accepted by your property.

Adding and removing room amenities

  1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
  2. Go to Property >> Room setup. 
  3. Click on the room you want to update. 
  4. Click Room level amenities. 
  5. For each category, click to highlight each amenity you offer. Click on any highlighted amenity to remove it. 
  6. Click Save. 

Adding and removing facilities and amenities for single-unit homes 

  1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
  2. Go to Property >> Amenities. 
  3. Tick the box for each amenity offered at your property. 
  4. Click Save. 

How do my facilities appear to travelers on the front end? 

When you update your facilities in YCS, they show up to travelers in several places: 

  • Highlights: Key facilities (like Free Wi-Fi, airport transfer) are automatically featured in this section, located below your property description. These can’t be manually changed unless deactivated in YCS. 
  • Facilities: All other facilities are listed here for a full overview. 
  • Room amenities: Shown under each room’s photo, with an option to view all if there are more than five. 
  • Facilities tab: With this tab at the top of the page, travelers have quick access to a complete list of all the facilities and amenities at your property. 

FAQs

Can I add operation hours for my facilities such as a gym, swimming pool?

Yes! please contact us for further assistance.

I have some facilities however it's not available in YCS for me to tick.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not able to add a customized facility name. Alternatively, our Accommodation Support Team can help you to display this facility in other areas on the property page. please contact us for further assistance.
