Keeping your property’s facilities up-to-date is essential for attracting guests and providing accurate information. By regularly updating amenities, you enhance guest satisfaction and ensure your property stands out. This guide will walk you through updating your facilities on YCS.
How do I manage my property’s amenities on YCS?
Note: You can also provide information about amenities like meal plans and other benefits within your rate plans. For more details, please refer to this article.
- Login to YCS
- Go to Property >> Property settings
- Choose the relevant category on the left side to update specific information
- Click ✅ to enable the facility (your property offers this facility)
- Click ❌ to deactivate the facility (your property does not have this facility)
- Click Save
- Click on each tab (facility groups) and mark all the features which are available at your property.

How do I manage my room amenities in YCS?
- Login to YCS
- Go to Property >> Room Setup
- Once the page is fully loaded, select the Room to expand Room Setup menu
- Click Room Level Amenities section, the screen will show the active facilities under this Room. Use the Show All button to display each of them.
- Click on the facility/facilities you want to add
- Click Save
How do my facilities appear to travelers on the front end?
The information you update in YCS will be displayed to travelers as follows:
- Highlights Section:
- On the frontend, your facilities first appear in the Highlights section.
- The system automatically selects active facilities from the Most Viewed Facilities List to display here. Examples include Free Wi-Fi in all rooms, Airport transfer, 24-hour Check-in, Air conditioning, and Car park. These cannot be manually edited or removed unless deactivated.
- On the frontend, your facilities first appear in the Highlights section.
- Facilities Section:
- Non-highlighted facilities are displayed under the Facilities section, providing a comprehensive view of what your property offers.
- Room Level Amenities:
- Room amenities are shown directly under the room’s photo. If there are more than five amenities, travelers can click See all room facilities to view the complete list.
- Facilities Tab:
- Travelers can click on the Facilities tab in the navigation bar to see all amenities and facilities your property offers. This leads to a detailed list of everything available.
By accurately updating these sections in YCS, you ensure that potential guests have a comprehensive understanding of what your property provides, enhancing their booking experience.
