本文將詳細說明如何使用單次付款卡片 (UPC) 向訂單收款,這張卡片為僅限單次使用的虛擬卡片。

如何查看UPC卡片資訊?

若要查看單次付款卡片 (UPC) 的資訊:

  1. 前往 YCS >>「管理訂單」>>「查看訂單」
  2. 點開後,頁面預設將顯示自今日起至後七天的所有訂單。您可以自行設定查看日期區間。訂單列表會按照入住日期排序,並會優先顯示已確認訂單,其次是已取消和已修改的訂單。
  3. 使用篩選器設定條件。若想查詢特定訂單,您可以輸入訂單編號並清除其他所有條件,以便您處理相關款項。
    • 入住日期
    • 預訂日期
    • 最近更新
    • 房型
    • 價格通路
    • 通路
    • 收款模式

4. 點擊訂單編號以展開訂單明細,並選擇請款 (UPC)。

    • 可能會要求您提供OTP驗證碼。若要查找OTP驗證碼,請查看您註冊的電子郵件。

5. 您將會看到UPC卡片的資訊。

如何向UPC扣款?

  1. 在YCS上取得收款資訊。
  2. 使用您的銷售點情報系統刷卡機 (POS) 授權款項。您將收到一張內含一組授權碼的交易明細。
  3. 使用相同的授權碼收取訂單金額。

如何針對修改的訂單向UPC扣款?

  • 我們會發送一封訂單修改的郵件(主旨會顯示修改二字),郵件內含修改後的訂單憑證,以確認訂單已變更。
  • 您也可以前往YCS >>「管理訂單」>>「查看訂單」查看已修改的訂單狀態。若訂單已修改,YCS上的訂單金額狀態將會顯示在「最近更新」。

  • 您可以按照修改後的訂單憑證所顯示的金額收費。

如何針對取消的訂單向UPC扣款?

針對取消的訂單,您能收到的款項金額將依預訂時的取消政策而定。您應按照取消政策允許收取的金額對UPC扣款。

  • Agoda會發送一封訂單取消的郵件(主旨會顯示「取消」二字),以確認訂單已取消。新的UPC「應付金額」會顯示在訂單取消的郵件內文中。卡片應付金額根據取消政策而定,針對取消的訂單,您應按照此金額向UPC扣款。
  • 您也可以在YCS >>「管理訂單」>>「查看訂單」頁面上看到已取消的訂單,以紅字標明「已取消」。

UPC收款的注意事項

  • 僅擁有權限的YCS用戶可進行扣款。若您沒有扣款權限,您可以聯絡我們以取得協助。
  • 取得UPC卡片資訊後,您就可以在刷卡機上輸入前述資訊以收取款項。
  • 然而,在透過UPC收款前,您必須:
    • 確保您根據協議中所明列之款項條款進行收款。前往YCS」>>「相關資源」>>「條款與規範」以獲得更多相關資訊。
    • 確保您輸入的卡號正確。
    • 確認該卡未經其他同事預授權(預授權會導致卡片失效)。
    • 確保您扣款的金額正確(如訂單憑證上所示)。任何超額扣款都將導致交易遭拒。
    • 請注意,您無法向任何免費取消的訂單扣款。
    • 該卡片將於顧客從您的住宿退房一天後開放使用。因為卡片將在退房日期後150天內過期,因此您必須在期限內向卡片收款。請務必在期限內向UPC收款。
    • 若在訂單退房日期後150天內您未向我們收款,則該訂單將會從系統中移除,您將無法再向此訂單收款。
  • 若卡片超過5次扣款失敗,您將在EDC機器上看到一則違反安全規定的訊息。若您遇到前述情形,請等候1小時再重新扣款,並確保您的扣款資訊正確,且網路連線穩定。
  • 若您嘗試使用卡片進行任何非訂單相關的交易,您將會看到一則卡片被封鎖 (Card Blocked FRE10) 的訊息。請聯絡我們以取得進一步協助。為避免這類錯誤,請向您的EDC機器供應商確認,以確保EDC機器用於住宿營運用途。

1. 我需要預授權嗎?

不需要。卡片已受Mastercard擔保,不需要再進行預授權。任何預授權都會使該卡片失效。如需申請新卡,請聯絡我們

2. 我可以透過UPC收取什麼費用?

Agoda只提供客房預訂服務。UPC可扣款的金額僅限卡片所包含的特定訂單金額。其他費用(雜費、Mini-Bar、停車費等)必須直接向住客收取(於入住或退房時自行收費),不得使用Agoda的UPC卡扣款。

3. 我可以根據每晚或每房的金額向UPC收款嗎?

合作夥伴可選擇以每晚或每房價格收費。但是,我們建議您直接對此訂單的應付總額進行一次性扣款。

4. 如果我不小心只預授權/扣取了部分款項,該怎麼辦?
  • 若您僅針對部分款項進行預授權,請先繼續使用該授權碼收取部分訂單金額。然後,請繼續進行預授權,以收取剩餘金額。
  • 若您僅針對部分款項預授權並扣款,請先繼續按照相同步驟收取部分訂單金額。

針對上述兩種情況,我們都建議您查看訂單金額,以及您所預授權/扣取的金額。若您嘗試收取任何高於訂單金額的款項,您將收到一則顯示「餘額不足」的錯誤訊息。
