Which factors affect the price of a booking?
Listed below are some common factors that can affect the price of a booking. Detailed information about how these are applied to the booking price will be provided on each booking confirmation that is sent to your registered email address.
- Voucher code applied by the customer
- Promotions activated by the property
- e.g., Seasonal promotions, Essential promotions, Targeted promotions
- Cancellation policy
- Extra bed(s)
- Taxes and surcharges
- Compensation

How to report an incorrect booking amount?
If the booking amount is still believed to be incorrect after checking the rate breakdown on the booking confirmation, please report the incorrect booking amount by following the steps below.
- Go to YCS and click on the Need Help button:
- Click on Rates/Availability >> Rate Dispute or Rate Breakdown.
- Refer to the recommended Partner Help article.
- If the issue has been resolved, click Yes, issue solved.
- If the article does not help to resolve the issue, please contact us by clicking Contact Agoda >> Submit Request. In the provided field, explain your issue in detail, then click Submit.
