Which payout methods use Earnings to receive payouts?

  • UPC on ePass
    Once payout is confirmed, please charge the VCC card within 24 hours to secure your payout. Otherwise, you will need to wait for another 72 hours before you can issue a new card.
  • Bank transfer
    Once payout is confirmed using an approved bank account, please wait 3-5 business days to receive the amount.
  • Agoda card
    Once payout is confirmed, please wait up to 30 minutes before charging your POS machine. Charge the exact amount as shown on your remittance to prevent any discrepancies.
  • PayPal
    PayPal is only available for single-unit homes. Learn more about property types here. Once payout is confirmed using a validated PayPal account, payout will be received within 1 day.

Checking the payable date for a booking

  1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
  2. Go to Finance >> Earnings.
  3. Click on Pending.
  4. Search for the booking ID to see the Payable date.

Getting payouts for your bookings

  1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
  2. Go to Finance >> Earnings.
  3. Click Get payout at the top of the page to receive payouts for all eligible bookings. Alternatively, tick the box of specific bookings, then click Get payout.
  4. Confirm your payout according to your property’s payout method. If using UPC on ePass, charge your virtual credit card within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will need to wait for another 72 hours before a new card can be issued.

Once you complete your payout for the selected bookings, they will be grouped under a unique remittance number on Remittances.

What is an adjustment?

An adjustment can occur when there is an outstanding balance, overcharge, or booking rejection. Any adjustments will be shown on the Earnings page, listed below your payable bookings, and will be included when you initiate a payout.

What should I do when the amount receivable is negative?

On rare occasions, the amount receivable may be negative when the amount owed to Agoda is greater than the payable bookings you selected on the Earnings page. There are two common reasons why a booking may have a negative amount:

  • The booking is Property Collect and compensation is owed to Agoda.
  • A guest cancels within the free cancellation period after the property already received payout for the booking and the amount must be refunded to the customer.

In the case the amount receivable is negative, you can select more bookings until the amount is greater than 0. If there are no more bookings to select, please wait until additional bookings have reached their payable date.

Automate payouts for single-unit homes

Single-unit homes receiving booking payouts through bank transfer or PayPal can enable Auto-pay to automatically initiate payouts, removing the need for you to manually approve bookings. Auto-pay bookings are processed within 24 hours after the guest checks out and will be paid out based on the conditions you set. Once paid out, earnings will be sent to your account within 3-5 business days.

  1. Sign in to your account. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
  2. Go to Finance >> Earnings.
  3. Click Auto-pay settings, then toggle on Enable Auto-pay.
  4. Choose when you want to receive your payouts under Payment cycle.
  5. Under Minimum payout, enter the minimum total earnings that must be available to make the payout.
  6. Review your settings, then click Save.
