本文將說明透過單次付款卡片 (UPC),於電子收款管理自助服務系統(或稱為ePass UPC)收款的流程,包括結算款項、異動款項交易、申請新的卡片。

ePass UPC是什麼?

為單次付款卡片 (UPC),可用於電子收款管理自助服務系統(或稱為ePass UPC),其為一種方便住宿合作夥伴使用的收款方式,可在YCS外聯網的「財務管理」選單中進行操作。

系統會生成一張單次虛擬信用卡 (UPC),讓您將數筆訂單金額結合成一筆批次交易,並進行收款。請留意以下幾個重點:

  1. 需於24小時內結算款項:
    請務必在24小時內透過虛擬信用卡收款,以免過期。若錯過期限,您需要等待72小時才能獲得新的卡片。
  2. 有特定的收款限制:
    UPC僅可用於透過商店代碼 (MCC) 7011的POS系統進行的收款。此類別包括飯店、汽車旅館、度假村和預訂服務等住宿業者。
  3. 收款時限:
    款項必須在訂單退房後150天內處理,之後將無法收取款項。如果您的其中一筆款項已過期,請聯絡我們以尋求協助。

如何結算款項?

如欲透過ePass UPC結算款項,請按照以下簡單步驟操作:

  1. 登入您的YCS帳戶 >>「財務管理」。
    • 可能會要求您提供OTP驗證碼。若要查找OTP驗證碼,請查看您註冊的電子郵件。
  2. 點選「目前交易明細」。

3. 目前預訂交易明細」欄位會顯示每筆預訂的款項到期日。

4. 在「核准」欄中勾選要收款的訂單。

5. 檢視「異動款項明細」欄位,以了解任何款項調整。點此查看更多詳情。

6. 點選「下一步

7. 點擊「提交」以前往摘要頁面,其中會顯示未結餘額。

8. 透過完整或部分隱藏的信用卡資訊,收取全部未結餘額,然後點擊「OK」。根據您的權限,會顯示完整或部分隱藏的信用卡資訊。

9. 已核准的款項將顯示在「匯款紀錄」或「所有交易明細」頁面中。您可於其中查看卡片和交易詳情。更多資訊,請參閱如何檢視過去款項?

「異動款項明細」是什麼?

在YCS的「異動款項明細」欄位下,您將看到有任何款項調整的預訂,大多與超額扣款、未結餘額,或拒絕訂單相關。

注意事項:

  • 收款時必須包含所有異動款項明細。
  • 確保您提交的收款金額為正數。如果核准後的總額為負數,請等到有更多筆訂單交易後再提交。

如何申請新的卡片?

如果您在發卡後24小時內未能完成收款,請按照以下步驟申請辦理新卡:

  1. 前往「財務管理」>「匯款紀錄」,找到您想補發卡片的交易批次。
  2. 在有效期限欄下,點擊「Reissue Card(補發卡片)」橘色按鈕。
  3. 請在24小時內透過新的UPC資料收取該批次的全額款項,以避免卡片再次過期。
  4. 每一批次交易最多可補發卡片3;若超過次數,請聯絡我們進行收款。

常見問題與解答

1. 每天能提交核准的UPC卡有數量限制嗎?

沒有限制;不過,請確保您未超過每日交易限額,因為卡片僅在發卡後24小時內有效。

2. 如果我不小心只收取了部分款項,該怎麼辦?

3. 如果過了收取訂單款項的150天期限,該怎麼辦?

款項必須在訂單退房後150天內處理,之後將無法收取款項。如果過了收款期限,請聯絡我們尋求協助。

4. 我在收款後24小時內以卡片扣款卻不成功,原因是什麼?

請再三確認卡號、CVV安全碼、收款金額、卡片有效日期均正確無誤,同時確保操作扣款時網路連線良好。

如果已收取部分金額,即使在24小時內也無法重新收款。如果問題仍無法解決,請聯絡我們

5. 如何結算「已修改」或「已取消」訂單的款項?

我們會發送一封內含入住憑證的修改郵件(主旨會特別標明「修改」)。變更後的訂單金額將會顯示在目前交易明細頁面的「預訂交易」欄位中。請按照「如何結算款項?」中的步驟進行收款。

如果在交易之後進行修改,則差額將在目前交易明細頁面的異動款項明細欄位中更新。

6. 為什麼我無法查看完整的UPC卡號和CVV安全碼?
