How to log in to YCS for the first time

1. Go to YCS
2. Enter your log in credentials (email and password)
3. Tick Keep me signed in if you want to save your account for easier log in
4. Click Sign In

5. An OTP will automatically be sent to your registered email address

6. Enter the code from your email on the YCS log in page

How to log in using your password

If you have already logged in to YCS for the first time, you will now be able to log in simply using your password.

1. Go to YCS >> Login to YCS
2. Enter your log in credentials
3. Click Sign In
4. YCS will sometimes require log in verification by OTP. The OTP will be sent to either your registered phone number or email address.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? to reset your log in credentials.

How to log in using a recent account

You can log in to YCS using recent (saved) accounts. This helps frequent users to reduce the number of times they need to enter their full log in credentials. A maximum of 5 recent accounts will be shown on the log in window.

Please note that this feature is only available when:

• Your device allows cookies
• You have ticked the Remember me box
• You do not use incognito mode or a private browser

How do I remove a recent (saved) account?

1. In the log in window, click the X next to the account you would like to remove
2. A confirmation window will pop up
3. Click Confirm to successfully remove the recent (saved) account

I did not receive an OTP

The following reasons might be why you did not receive an OTP:

• Agoda’s email address is not in your safe sender list. This may cause the email to be delivered as Spam or Junk.
• The web browser you are using may not being compatible.
• Agoda’s email address is blocked by your email service provider.
• You are not logged in to the YCS App with the same username that you would like to access via desktop.
• Push notifications from YCS App are not enabled or are restricted on your mobile device.

To resolve these issues, please try the following:

• Email

• • Add no-reply@agoda.comto your email’s safe senders list.
  • Clear your browser cookies, cache, and history.
  • The required steps may be different depending on your browser; you can search for specific browser guidelines online.
  • Request a new OTP by clicking Send again.
  • Log in to YCS on another browser, or use the YCS App to receive the OTP.

• YCS App

• • Ensure that you are logged in on the YCS Appwith the same username that you would like to access via the desktop.
  • Enable push notifications forthe YCS App. For instructions on how to enable push notifications, please see below:
    • IOS   
    • Android
  • Request a new OTP by clicking Send again.

How to add Agoda’s email address to your safe sender list

Outlook

1. On the Home tab, click Junk >> Junk E-mail Options
2. Click Safe Senders >> Add
3. Add no-reply@agoda.com and click OK
4. Check the Automatically add people I email to the Safe Senders List box
5. Click OK

Hotmail

1. Open your Hotmail account and click Options, located in the top-right corner
2. Select Safe Senders and add no-reply@agoda.com

Google

1. Go to your Google account
2. Click Apps >> Contacts
3. Click + add contacts
4. Click on + Create contact and a pop-up window will open. Add no-reply@agoda.com and then click Save
